“What Planners and Litigators Need to Know for 2024”

In this presentation, Jenny and Matt will discuss: While most of us are aware of the expiration of the tax benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which are scheduled to expire on January 1, 2026, we don’t want to lose sight of other recent changes and updates.  The California legislature was busy in 2023, with many new laws effective January 1, 2024.  There were also several significant court cases (both at the state and federal level) that impact our practices.  This presentation will give an overview of what practitioners and clients need to know in the New Year.
