Choice of Fiduciary (Why Do We keep Naming the Kids?)”

Our distinguished panel will share their years of experience and insights from advising clients and practicing in the San Diego County Probate Courts and beyond.

Since last year’s Annual Presentation when the panelists including Judge Kelley noted that more than 50% of the cases finding their way to the Probate Court revolve Fiduciary issues.

As you all know the Fiduciary Duties required to be performed by Trustees are how serious they are. This year’s panelists will explore these duties and with the professional trustees on the panel will highlight the many issues that they face in the performance of their duties.
